281Bridget Fox, Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for Islington South and Finsbury, has pledged to do her bit for the British Armed Forces family.

Bridget said:
“I was delighted to meet with The Royal British Legion. Like many Islington people, I have family who lived through two world wars, and we honour their sacrifice. The Royal British Legion are not just about remembering past wars but supporting people today and in the future.

“The Labour government’s treatment of serving soldiers, with low pay, poor equipment and shoddy housing, is a disgrace.

“I have pledged to do my bit and would encourage everyone to do the same by visiting the general election manifesto website to find out more.”

In Islington South & Finsbury

Bar chart: it's Lib Dem or Labour here

The Conservatives, Greens and UKIP can't win in Islington South. Voting for them will just help Labour to win again. Only the Lib Dems can beat Labour in our area.
